The festivities started early in the week with a little Trunk-or-Treat action.
We're talking warm and easy costumes.
Okay. Only easy because I forgot about it. (I'm still unpacking)

She is still so stinking sweet.

Woody is not a fan of pictures these days...

Fast forward to four days later.
Every year at work, Ben's company goes ALL OUT for Halloween. I really wish you could see it...
Anyway, his dept's theme this year was Las Vegas, so he decided to go as a
Blue Man.
(yes, he did ride his bike to work as a Blue Man...
you must remember we have only one car over here.)
...and we decided to follow him there to form the
BLUEtsch MAN GROUP
I personally think our makeup looked much better in person,
the camera made us look all splotchy, but you get the idea.

An hour after returning home as the
BMG, we were
due at
DA KNIGHTSas
S.Treighton Harrow and
Silky M. Adamfor a little
ROARIN' 20's murder mystery.
The Men

The Ladies

Ben played his character quite well, and though I am not at all in touch with my thespian side,
Miss Silky M. Adam
(that's me!) ended up being the murderer!!!

It was SUCH a fun evening.
Saturday morning came and we had so much to do after such a busy week, so we carved only one pumpkin (I would feel horrible if Case missed out on that), got a lot done around the house, closed out the apartment (WOOHOO!) and stayed in to greet our trick-or-treaters.

My monkey boy is sick of the camera these days
(do you blame him, my bad!)so I have started to bribe him. "SMILE AND I WILL GIVE YOU ONE PIECE OF CANDY!"
Apparently he liked that idea.

...he liked it well enough that he even gave me two poses!
Sweet boy.
(no pun intended)
We hope yours was just as sweet... and eventful!!!
That's plenty of fun for one week... now it's back to work!
